Overview: Is Morizon Ltd. Legit?

The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) added Morizon Ltd. to the Canadian Securities Administrators investor alert list on July 20, 2026, confirming that the operation is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities. The alert is unusually detailed, and the detail is the story. It names four separate web addresses in active use: morizonhub.com, morizonpay.com, morizonsupport.com and mypaygo.io. It also records two purported bases of operation on opposite sides of the world, one in Chatham, Kent in England and one inside the Ajman Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates. The OSC has tagged the entry under crypto-asset trading platforms.

Four domains for one operation is not a sign of scale. It is a sign of design. Most legitimate firms of any size run one primary address, and everything else redirects to it, because a single recognisable identity is the entire point of building a brand. Splitting a client's experience across a hub site, a payments site, a support site and a fourth unbranded address at mypaygo.io does the opposite of brand-building. It makes the operation harder to search for as a single thing, harder to review as a single thing, and easy to abandon in pieces.

The fourth address is the one to look at hardest. mypaygo.io shares no name with Morizon Ltd. at all. If you were asked to send money through a page carrying a name you had never been told about, that is not a technical detail. It is the reason your bank statement, your card statement or your crypto transaction history may show something you do not recognise, and it is the single most useful fact to bring to your bank when you call them.

The two addresses work the same way. The Chatham entry is a High Street address in a Kent town, and Pentagon Centre is a shopping centre there. The Ajman entry is an office number inside a UAE free zone authority, and free zone company formation is a low-cost, high-volume service. Neither address implies supervision by a financial regulator in either country. Being incorporated somewhere and being licensed to take money from investors are entirely different things, and Morizon Ltd. has been confirmed to lack the second in Ontario.

How Morizon Ltd. Operates

The four addresses and what each one is for: Reading the OSC's list as a set tells you how the operation is put together. morizonhub.com is the client-facing brand. morizonpay.com handles the money and gives payment requests an air of dedicated infrastructure. morizonsupport.com absorbs complaints, which quietly moves the argument off the platform where balances are displayed. And mypaygo.io carries no Morizon branding whatsoever. Compartmentalising this way has one practical effect above all others: when any single domain is reported, blocked or delisted, the remaining three keep functioning, and clients can be moved to a replacement without the operation ever going dark.

Two countries on one alert: The OSC recorded a purported base at Pentagon Centre, First Floor, High Street, Chatham, Kent, England, and a second at Office C1-1F-SF20315 in the Ajman Free Zone Authority in the United Arab Emirates. Look at the level of precision in the second one. A free zone office designation of that form is the kind of identifier that appears on incorporation paperwork, and free zone formation across the UAE is marketed as a fast, inexpensive product, often with a shared or nominal physical office attached. It confers a company registration. It does not confer permission to solicit retail investors in Ontario, and the UK address does not confer Financial Conduct Authority authorisation either. A firm quoting a British address and an Emirati one at the same time is offering the reader a choice of jurisdictions to feel reassured by, while being accountable in neither.

Why the crypto-asset tag matters here: The OSC classified this entry under crypto-asset trading platforms. In Ontario, a platform that facilitates trading in crypto contracts for residents is required to be registered, and a substantial number of international platforms have either registered or formally undertaken to stop serving Ontario clients. Morizon Ltd. has done neither. That designation also tells you something about how deposits are likely to have been requested, because platforms in this category typically move client money in cryptocurrency rather than through the banking system, which removes the reversal mechanism that a card payment would have given you.

The payments front as a trust device: Sending a client to a dedicated payments domain is a deliberate borrowing of a pattern from legitimate commerce. Real merchants do hand checkout to a processor, and people have learned to see that handoff as normal and safe. What is missing here is what makes it safe in the legitimate case, which is that the processor is a supervised, licensed entity with its own obligations and its own complaints process. A payments page controlled by the same operator as the trading platform is not a third party. It is the same party wearing a second name, and the effect of routing you through it is that the name on your statement no longer matches the name of the firm you believe you are dealing with.

What the OSC finding actually establishes: The Commission's statement is narrow and precise, and precision is what makes it useful. It confirms Morizon Ltd. is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities. That means no one at the firm has passed a proficiency requirement, the firm files nothing, it holds no capital against client losses, it is not subject to compliance review, and it is outside the OSC's supervisory perimeter entirely. It also means the firm is not a member of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund, so nothing on deposit is covered if the operation disappears. The OSC has not published findings on how many Ontario residents were affected or how much was lost, and it would be wrong to guess at either.

The escalation nobody expects: Across this category the sequence victims describe is consistent enough to be worth setting out plainly, even though the OSC alert does not detail it for this firm specifically. The first deposit is small and behaves perfectly. A withdrawal at that stage often succeeds, which is not generosity but the strongest sales tool the operation has, because a client who has taken money out once will believe the account works. The displayed balance then rises. A larger opportunity is presented with a deadline attached. Only when a genuinely significant withdrawal is requested does the machinery change, and a charge appears that must be settled before release: an unpaid tax, an anti-money-laundering verification fee, a profit-clearance charge, or a trading volume target. There is no version of this where paying it produces the withdrawal.

Where the complaints go to die: The existence of morizonsupport.com is worth one final note. When a client's frustration is channelled into a support portal owned by the operator, the complaint never reaches anyone with an obligation to act on it, and the record of it can be deleted at will. A regulated firm in Ontario must handle complaints under defined rules and escalate unresolved ones to an external dispute resolution service. A branded support subdomain looks like that process and provides none of it.

Red Flags in Morizon Ltd. Reviews

  • OSC investor alert issued July 20, 2026, not registered in Ontario to trade in securities
  • Four separate domains in active use for a single operation: morizonhub.com, morizonpay.com, morizonsupport.com and mypaygo.io
  • One of the four, mypaygo.io, carries no Morizon branding at all and is where payment is taken
  • Two purported bases of operation on different continents, a Chatham shopping centre address in Kent and an Ajman free zone office
  • UAE free zone incorporation confers a company registration but no permission to solicit Canadian investors
  • Tagged by the OSC as a crypto-asset trading platform, a category required to be registered in Ontario
  • Not a member of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund, so nothing on deposit is covered
  • Complaints routed into an operator-controlled support domain rather than any external dispute resolution service
  • Payment name on bank or card statements does not match the brand the client believes they invested with
  • No licence number, no named officers and no filed financial statements published on any of the four sites

What to Do if You Were Targeted by Morizon Ltd.

  1. Get a free case review from RecoverFunds.ca at recoverfunds.ca/report-crypto-fraud-canada, and when you do, bring the exact name that appeared on your bank, card or crypto records. With this operation that name is very often not "Morizon" at all, because payment was routed through mypaygo.io or morizonpay.com, and identifying the real receiving name is the step that determines what is even possible. The review is free and it gives you a straight answer on what is realistically recoverable in your case: a card payment still inside its dispute window is worth chasing today, a wire depends on how fast your branch acts, and a crypto transfer cannot be reversed, so the work shifts to flagging the receiving address with your exchange and filing properly. We do not promise recovery, and we charge nothing upfront. Treat anyone who asks for an advance fee to recover your money as a second fraud aimed at the same wallet.
  1. Report to the Ontario Securities Commission at 1-877-785-1555 or osc.ca. The OSC issued this alert and has jurisdiction over the crypto-asset trading platform category it placed the firm in. Give it every domain you interacted with, not just the one you remember, because the four addresses may otherwise be treated as separate matters.
  1. Report to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and to the securities regulator for your province, the full process, with contact details for every province, is here
  1. Contact your bank, card issuer or crypto exchange immediately and ask for the fraud team. Give them mypaygo.io and morizonpay.com by name as well as Morizon, since a search on the wrong name may return nothing. Ask directly, and in writing, what your dispute deadline is.
  1. Save everything across all four domains before access is withdrawn. That means screenshots of the morizonhub.com account and balance history, every payment instruction from morizonpay.com or mypaygo.io, the full thread from morizonsupport.com including anything that reads like a complaint being closed, wallet addresses, transaction hashes and the complete message history with whoever managed your account. Compartmentalised operations shut domains down one at a time and without warning.

Morizon Ltd.: Frequently Asked Questions

Is Morizon Ltd. a scam?

The Ontario Securities Commission published an investor alert on July 20, 2026 confirming Morizon Ltd. is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities, and listed four domains it operates through. Taking money from Ontario residents for securities or crypto trading without that registration is illegal, no matter what balance the platform displays to you.

Can RecoverFunds.ca help me recover money from Morizon Ltd.?

We provide a free case review and charge no upfront fee. For this operation the first practical step is identifying which receiving name actually took your payment, since money was routed through mypaygo.io and morizonpay.com rather than the Morizon brand. We will tell you honestly what is realistically recoverable and which regulator to file with, but we never guarantee recovery.

Why does mypaygo.io appear on my statement instead of Morizon?

Because mypaygo.io is one of the four addresses the OSC listed for this operation, and it carries no Morizon branding at all. Payment was taken through it deliberately, which is why the name on your bank, card or crypto record does not match the firm you thought you were dealing with. Give your bank that name specifically or a search may return nothing.

Does the Ajman or Chatham address mean Morizon Ltd. is regulated?

No. The OSC recorded both as purported bases of operation, meaning claimed rather than verified. A UAE free zone office number reflects a low-cost company formation product and grants no authority to solicit investors, and an address on a Kent high street does not imply Financial Conduct Authority authorisation. Incorporation and licensing are entirely separate things.

Is Morizon Ltd. asking me to pay a fee before releasing my withdrawal?

If so, that fee is part of the scheme rather than a real requirement. No legitimate platform makes the release of your own balance conditional on you first sending more money, whatever it is called: tax, anti-money-laundering verification, profit clearance or a minimum trading volume. Paying it does not produce a withdrawal, it produces another demand.

Are my funds with Morizon Ltd. protected by any Canadian insurance?

No. Morizon Ltd. is not registered in Ontario and is therefore not a member of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund, so nothing you deposited is covered if the operation disappears. That protection exists only for clients of registered, member firms, which is one of the concrete things registration actually buys an investor.

I complained through morizonsupport.com and nothing happened. Why?

Because that domain belongs to the same operation you are complaining about. A registered Ontario firm must follow defined complaint-handling rules and escalate unresolved matters to an independent dispute resolution service. An operator-run support site looks like that process while providing none of it, and the record of your complaint can be deleted at will.

How do I check whether a crypto trading platform is allowed to operate in Ontario?

Use the free CSA national registration search and the OSC's own registrant list before depositing anything. Crypto-asset trading platforms serving Ontario residents are required to register, and legitimate international platforms have either done so or formally undertaken to stop accepting Ontario clients. A platform appearing on neither list, as here, is operating outside the rules.

Is Morizon Ltd. legit, and is it registered in Canada?

Registration is the check that settles this, and it is one you can run yourself in under a minute at aretheyregistered.ca. Morizon Ltd. was named in an investor warning from OSC on July 20, 2026. Certificates and licence numbers shown on a platform's own site are not evidence; the national register is.

Why is my Morizon Ltd. login not working?

A Morizon Ltd. login that stops working is worth treating as information rather than a glitch. Accounts on flagged platforms are frequently locked once the operator decides a client is no longer going to deposit, and domains disappear entirely when an operation moves on. Screenshot whatever you can still reach — balances, transaction history, chat logs — before it becomes unreachable.

Are Morizon Ltd. reviews real?

Ratings-site reviews are among the easiest things to manufacture, and a platform under a regulatory warning has every reason to manufacture them. For Morizon Ltd., weigh the OSC warning on July 20, 2026 above any star rating. Also be wary of reviews that appear immediately after a warning is published — a sudden burst of five-star reviews is a response to the warning, not evidence against it.

Can I get my money back from Morizon Ltd.?

We do not make recovery promises and you should be wary of anyone who does. What genuinely affects the outcome is speed and payment method: contacting your bank, card issuer or exchange on the same day is the step most likely to matter. Regulators can warn and enforce, but they are not a reimbursement scheme. Be especially careful of anyone who contacts you offering to recover funds from Morizon Ltd. for a fee paid in advance — that is the most common way people lose a second amount.

Is morizonhub.com a safe website?

No. morizonhub.com is named in connection with the OSC warning about Morizon Ltd. on July 20, 2026. Beyond the money, avoid installing anything it asks you to install and never grant remote access through tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer to someone contacting you from it.

How do I report Morizon Ltd. in Canada?

Report to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, to your provincial securities regulator, and to your local police — and to your bank or exchange the same day, ahead of all of them. Report to the regulator for the province you live in rather than wherever Morizon Ltd. claimed to be based, because that is almost always fictional. Step by step, with every provincial contact, is here.
